PT Kaji Inova Media, one of the largest integrated retail marketing service company in Asia (www.omg-asia.com). To support its business growth and operation in Indonesia, the company is urgently looking for a high qualified candidate to fill the position as :

HR Coordinator
Location : Jakarta (DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and Manage , Recruitment and Selection, Training, Administration, Payroll, Career Management
2. Develop and maintain Performance Management system
3. Develop and maintain HR procedures and regulations
4. Develop and maintain HRIS (HR Database)
5. Maintain a good Employee Relations
   

Qualifications

1. Male/Female , age maks 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant discipline, IPK > 3.00
3. Minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resources & Development, out of which 2 years in the managerial level
4. Experience in implementing KPI
5. Excellent software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skill
7. Well-versed with Indonesian Labor Law and other labor related statutory requirements
8. Fluency in English both (spoken and written)
